Construction AI for Mac and iPad (the app) is made by Pique Innovations Inc., doing business as Construction AI, a Canadian company.

Licence

The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which you can read at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Those terms govern your use of the app; the points below add to them.

Subscriptions

Some features need a subscription: Collaborate, Pro and Ultra, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Fair use

Chat answers are limited to the monthly allowance of your plan. Allowances reset each month and do not carry over.

Your work is yours

Drawings, takeoffs and exports you create remain yours. Nothing in these terms gives us rights to your project data.

Measurements are tools, not guarantees

The app helps you count, measure and price from drawings. You are responsible for checking quantities before relying on them, and for compliance with any professional or contractual obligations that apply to your estimates.

Service

The chat depends on third-party cloud services and may be unavailable at times. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice.
